PayPal is our payment service provider. Neither Jellymould Jazz nor PayPal (as stated in PayPal’s Terms and Conditions) will release your credit card information to any third parties.
Delivery is handled by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days of receiving your order - often on the same day. To check the status of an order you have placed, please contact us. Our postage costs are displayed on our shop page.

To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing within seven working days from receipt of the goods. We will only accept goods which are returned to us in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. A letter stating your name, your order number, email address and postal address should be attached to the returned goods. All returned goods should be forwarded to the return address on your original invoice.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:
• A prompt replacement
• A full refund
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective CD from us, it must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional costs for replacement items and we will refund the cost of your postage (to a maximum of £1 per order). Return address details can be found on your invoice or by contacting us.
Should you receive a cracked or damaged CD case, please contact us. We shall dispatch a replacement CD case to you at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to alter prices so as to take into account conditions which are beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this website.
All goods supplied are for personal use only and are not to be sold or offered for re-sale.
